Thanks to everyone that crewed this sailing season. It’s been a lot of fun for me, and hopefully it was for you as well.

There are currently no events scheduled until Center Sound Series next March. That will get put into Crew Manager when the SARC Calendar comes out in early January.

We may do some sailing here and there. There is the possibility of a STYC Boxing Day Race, which I would be willing to do if it is not raining or snowing. It is not currently listed on the STYC web site. I will add it if it looks like it will happen.

We are also talking about a sail with an expert help to help us figure out how to go faster downwind. I will keep you posted on that and will be looking for crew if I can arrange it.

We have improved a lot over the course of this season, and I am confident we will continue to do so. Once we figure out our downwind speed, we’re going to start winning some races.

There will be some boat work done through the winter, but fortunately the list is short. We’ll get a few sail repairs done too. I hope we can have a boat work and thorough cleaning day in February, so I will keep you posted.
